As a Blow Mold Technician, you will safely and proactively, troubleshoot, diagnose and perform preventative and corrective maintenance on assigned area equipment. You will also operate resin material handling equipment, blow molding machines, palletizer equipment, and other auxiliary equipment related to the blow molding operation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor, operate and problem solve throughout the blow mold area, from material receiving to finished goods.
• Ensure that products meet all quality standards by monitoring process parameters, sampling/testing and responding accordingly.
• Perform standard routines including basic lubrication and repairs, inspection to identify defects and complete or coordinate repairs.
• Maintain accurate inventory data through proper data entry.
• Monitor and operate resin storage and regrind systems for proper application and inventory, delivering quality material to palletizer and packaging lines.
  
  

Education and Experience:

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 6+ months of manufacturing experience, military experience, experience in a fast-paced work environment or related field
