Material Handler at Lands End Inc in Dodgeville, Wisconsin

Job Description:

Under minimal supervision, you are responsible for unloading trailers using a forklift. Responsible for unloading product onto conveyors and sorting packages to be delivered to other areas of the distribution center. Communicate with truck drivers to ensure correct product is sent to other Lands' End locations. Responsible for communicating with departments the amount of returned product that should be sent back to their areas.

Shift: 5:30 am - 1:30 pm

Qualifications: 

• Ability to make decisions using sound judgement under minimal supervision


• Strong attention to detail; ability to quickly and accurately match and verify numbers and meet established production rates


• Ability be certified and operate a motorized pallet jack, forklift and rabbit jack.


• Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office product.  The ability to navigate using internet browsers.


• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry 35 - 50 pounds frequently.  Must be able to lift cartons up tot 50 pounds from ground to above 4 - 5 feet to a shelf or truck.
