The Manager, FP&A (Americas) will be responsible for supporting the regional teams by providing financial analytic support for projects within the Americas regions. The position will help provide solutions to sophisticated business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires knowledge of objectives. The analyst will handle pricing analyses, and models, regarding importers, products, and product comparisons in the markets. Requires business partnering/communication skills, working closely with the regional teams and teams on an ongoing basis.
How you would contribute:
Responsible for importer relationships, coordinating with business partners (legal, tax, accounting, etc.) to help resolve issues, define business terms, support negotiations, manage contracts, etc.
Key business partner for strategic pricing and manufacturing projects, defining margin impacts, calculating return on investment and providing recommendations to support managements’ decisions.
Analyze sophisticated business problems, operational scenarios, and related financial implications; build forecasting models for operations and identify areas of opportunity; draft and deliver proposals that enable regional management to make business decisions
Work closely with regional teams evaluating transformative business models, improvement ideas, standard methodologies, and other topics related to innovation or business development
Help define, communicate and educate on ROI standards for all investment proposals in the regions, to include member promotions, capital investments, and initiatives defined by management

Skills and background required to be successful:
Strong level proficiency in all MS Office applications
Strong budget/forecast and financial analysis skills
Knowledgeable financial modeling skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present and explain financial data and analysis to both finance and non-finance audiences
Good teammate
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of corporate finance experience in budgeting, financial analysis and financial modeling
3 years’ experience with investment opportunities using DCF, ROI, IRR, payback and other valuation models
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or similar field
