Position Summary: The Support Tech will be a member of the global IT Service Desk team reporting into the Regional Site Support Manager for North America. The individual in this role will monitor and process incidents and requests by reaching resolution while modeling superior customer service by exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication and using strong problem solving and analytical skills while working in a fast-paced environment.
