The Opportunity

• Seeking Hospitalist Medicine, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician assistants and nurse practitioners
• SNF or Post-Acute experience preferred
• Current state license is a plus

• A 99-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility
• Providing rehabilitation post orthopedic surgery, stroke, heart attack, CHF, COPD and general reconditioning
• Providing services in physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy
