Job Description:

The Warehouse Coordinator prepares, verifies and maintains records on incoming and outgoing shipments while performing at specified quality and productivity standards. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Assists with the daily inventory/storage/movement of packaging materials, ingredients and finished product.Responsible for assembling orders and shipping finished product according to production needs.Utilizes software systems to prepare delivery information and labels; processes, picks, packs and prepares products for shipment.In a timely and accurate manner, reviews counts and weights of all incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records.Assists with loading and unloading trucks, and tracking and counting of physical inventory.Unpacks, examines, and routes incoming shipments, identifies damaged items, records shortages and communicates with management or purchasing department for resolution of any issues.Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.Assists in the compliance of GMP, fire codes, insurance guidelines, sanitation, pest control, safety, OSHA, and FDA regulations as they relate to warehousing.Assists in maintaining the warehouse in a tidy and orderly fashion.Utilizes pallet jacks and operates forklifts as needed. Will be required to complete forklift certification.Other duties as assigned.
