Job Description:

Correspondent Operations -Operations Senior Specialist III

The Specialized Review Team has the following functions:

Review of closed loan mortgage documents and CLM data entry to ensure all necessary documentation and CLM fields required are complete and accurate, ensuring loan is ready for approval

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Validate and over-ride unable to wire reasons
• Review of Live Control Reports to identify corrections needed prior to wire
• Review and resolution of outstanding conditions
• Flood Insurance Review for High Risk Flood Zones
• Tax Information Review (validation of escrows and tax due dates)
• Analysis and resolution of fraud report alerts
• Review of all Specialty Loan types to include:

COOP

Consolidation, Extension and Modification

Upfront Flood Review (PTC)

Construction to Perm

Process :

Complete the File review of closed loan mortgage documents to confirm all necessary documentation is complete and accurate ensuring loan is ready for approval/wire. The analyst will be required to accurately input information and validate system generated notifications within the Loan Origination System and verify documents are acceptable according to Chase guidelines.

Responsibilities: Maintain quality and production levels. Ensure file accuracy on all loans reviewed.

• Validate and input information from critical loan closing documents
• Validate client documentation is executed properly and accurately according to procedure
• Appropriately place conditions on loans for correspondent to review when the provided documentation doesn't meet guidelines
• Review procedures and understand how to properly apply them when reviewing loans.

Qualifications:

• Mortgage loan origination, processing or closing experienced required
• Understanding of mortgage closing documents
• Detail oriented with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy
• Ability to be flexible , adapt to change
• Must be able to evaluate and analyze loan level information in order to determine the appropriate action required
• Able to perform in a fast paced production environment
