Job Description:

Our Express Services department is looking for a Express Services Associate to join their team in Miramar, FL.

Express Services Associate Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a high volume in-bound call center environment.


• Analyze loan applications, credit bureau reports and member account data in order to recommend the appropriate product/service and maximize loan and add-on product sales opportunities.


• Build new relationships and membership through sales initiatives cross-sell opportunities and provide referrals to other areas of the credit union.


• Maintains a thorough and current knowledge of SCCU lending and deposit account promotions, criteria, guidelines, procedures, policies, and processes, in order to provide members with current information, and process loans and deposit accounts appropriately.

** Ability to obtain CUNA Mutual licensing within the first eight weeks of initial employment. The CUNA Mutual License is required for this position**                                  

Employees will be required to pay for the licensing and will be reimbursed with proof of a receipt on first paycheck after submittal

Express Services Associate Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills


• 1-3 Years of proven sales techniques required (financial products preferred)


• Ability to interact with all levels of management, employees, peers and members


• Strong verbal and written skills


• Knowledge of basic mathematics


• Prior banking/credit union experience is desired.


• Bilingual English/Spanish Fluency Preferred

Express Services Associate Hours

• Must be available Monday – Friday 7:45 AM – 7:00 PM, and rotating Saturdays. 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM
