Job Description:

The Campaign Management Team is responsible for developing, executing, and managing multiple marketing programs/campaigns focused on Acquisition marketing to support key Business Banking initiatives across multiple channels. Programs include acquisition, awareness campaigns, product launch marketing, segment marketing and branch promotional marketing.


  • Manage, coordinate and collaborate with strategy partners on Acquisition campaigns.
  • Manage internal agency relationships and creative versions (by program)
  • Ensure a strong control environment and serve as the second set of eyes on final creative and other executional aspects for campaign management.
  • Deliver campaigns and other programs:

    • Manage campaigns (digital, print, awareness and offer-based) to ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time and within budget parameters
    • Assist with optimizing direct response marketing campaigns to improve results, create efficiencies and reduce costs
    • Collaborate with marketing managers to identify opportunities, efficiencies, campaign strategy and the framework for measurement and reporting
    • Ensure a strong focus on end-to-end customer experience, delivering exceptional customer experience overall, while also ensuring all the details of the experience are flawlessly executed
    • Manage multi-channel execution (from concept development to delivery) including working across multi-functional teams, such as:

      • Product and Marketing Strategy team
      • Segment and branch partners
      • Agencies for creative development and execution
      • Legal and Compliance for approval of all marketing content



Qualifications

  • Proven track record in direct (print), email and/or digital marketing (6+ years of experience is required)
  • Knowledge in Digital marketing such as: owned, earned and paid channels - Strong executional knowledge of social, paid display, email, and website creative
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization
  • Ability to think strategically, but willingness to \"roll up your sleeves\" and manage the details of marketing project execution
  • High energy, solutions-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
