The Campaign Management Team is responsible for developing, executing, and managing multiple marketing programs/campaigns focused on Acquisition marketing to support key Business Banking initiatives across multiple channels. Programs include acquisition, awareness campaigns, product launch marketing, segment marketing and branch promotional marketing.
Manage, coordinate and collaborate with strategy partners on Acquisition campaigns.
Manage internal agency relationships and creative versions (by program)
Ensure a strong control environment and serve as the second set of eyes on final creative and other executional aspects for campaign management.
Deliver campaigns and other programs:
Manage campaigns (digital, print, awareness and offer-based) to ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time and within budget parameters
Assist with optimizing direct response marketing campaigns to improve results, create efficiencies and reduce costs
Collaborate with marketing managers to identify opportunities, efficiencies, campaign strategy and the framework for measurement and reporting
Ensure a strong focus on end-to-end customer experience, delivering exceptional customer experience overall, while also ensuring all the details of the experience are flawlessly executed
Manage multi-channel execution (from concept development to delivery) including working across multi-functional teams, such as:
Product and Marketing Strategy team
Segment and branch partners
Agencies for creative development and execution
Legal and Compliance for approval of all marketing content
Proven track record in direct (print), email and/or digital marketing (6+ years of experience is required)
Knowledge in Digital marketing such as: owned, earned and paid channels - Strong executional knowledge of social, paid display, email, and website creative
Experience in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization
Ability to think strategically, but willingness to \"roll up your sleeves\" and manage the details of marketing project execution
High energy, solutions-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines
Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
