Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Greet customers as they enter the storeProvides customers with information and resolves opportunities by utilizing appropriate resourcesUnderstands all register and cash handling proceduresEfficiently and accurately processes all customer transactions in a friendly mannerEnsure that the frontend of the store is neat, clean, and organizedPresent merchandise that is accurately priced and frontedFoster a safe and productive work environment for associates and customersDiligent in protecting company assetsFollow all SOP guidelines and company policiesOther duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 16 years of age or overMust have general math skillsBasic Computer KnowledgeReading, Comprehension and Writing Skills

Preferred Qualifications

High school Diploma or equivalentPrevious retail experience

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.The position does require frequent lifting of merchandise.It is expected that the employee lift safely, using proper body mechanics and lifting devices. When lifting heavy items, up to 50 pounds, a team lift may be required.
