Reports To: Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Provide prompt and courteous customer service centered around meeting the customers needsEnsure that the salesfloor is maintained in a neat, clean, and organized mannerPresent merchandise that is accurately priced and frontedReplenish product availability by merchandising new and existing freightMaintain efficient and organized stock roomPromote sales by building creative displays, showcasing seasonal product availability and valueMonitor and rotate date sensitive product to ensure timely sell throughFoster a safe and productive work environment for associates and customersDiligent in protecting company assetsFollow all SOP guidelines and company policiesOther duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
Must be sixteen years of age or overBasic Computer KnowledgeReading, Comprehension and Writing Skills

Preferred Qualifications

High school Diploma or equivalentPrevious retail experience

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.The position does require frequent lifting of merchandise.It is expected that the employee lift safely, using proper body mechanics and lifting devices. When lifting heavy items, up to 50 pounds, a team lift may be required.
