Customer Success Representative Location: Richmond, VA (cannot be worked remotely) Rate: Salary commensurate with experience + great benefits! Hours: Full time
Provide superior customer support to IMB constituents by answering incoming questions and requests via telephone, email and chat.
Manage open cases in Customer Service software and complete appropriate follow-up procedures to ensure 100% resolution.
Update records in CRM, E-Commerce & Customer Service Solutions.
Process orders for churches, staff, and personnel to help provide mobilization and training products, ensuring the selection of the right products to meet the needs.
**Strong preference given to an active member of an SBC church**
Experience working in a high-level customer or service-related role.
Previous experience in an environment of continuous learning and constant change.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Southern Baptist Convention culture and structure.
Exposure to Customer Service Platforms, CRM or Order Management Software.
