The Executive Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative and executive support duties for the COO, Director of HR, Director of Organizational Development and Billing Manager. This role provides a high level of support with little supervision while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Professionally interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced office environment, sometimes under pressure while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
Heavy calendar management, organizing and scheduling Meetings with Managers/Supervisors and employees as needed. Requires professional interaction with internal and external executives (and assistants), as well as consultants to coordinate meetings.
Assist the C-level executives with preparation of presentation materials using Power Point, MS Office Software, and other software as necessary.
Assist the executives with various needs on projects like weekly KPI updates, Performance review facilitation, filing, sorting mail and spread sheets
Assist Executives with Paycom needs for his direct reports (i.e., PTO approval, timecard approval, PAF’s, time adjustments for hourly employees, etc)
Upload Credit card receipts and submit expense reports.
Being a Brand Ambassador ensuring building is neat and tidy, etc.
Executive Assistant must be able to:
Be present/visible in the home office 5 days/week (M-F), 8 hours/day. Exceptions to this need prior approval from COO (i.e., preferably until 5p).
Be productive despite constant changes due to corporate restructuring and exponential growth.
Professionally deliver critical information using superior written and verbal communication skills.
Execute effective decision making and provide strong attention to detail.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Provide frequent status updates on items and follow through on issues in a timely fashion.
Take initiative on requests and inquiries of administrative nature.
Other duties as assigned by the Executives.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Associated or other college degree. Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred (or equivalent work experience)
1+ years’ experience supporting one or more executives in an assistant role.
