For more than 100 years, Purina has led the charge in revolutionizing pet food production and its ability to enrich the lives of pets everywhere. Nestle Purina has a large presence in Oklahoma City (OKC) with one of our dry pet food factories located just 10 miles outside of downtown in Edmond. Having served as a production facility for many years in this area as producers of Dog Chow®, Puppy Chow®, Beneful® and Purina ONE® brands, we have left a big paw print on this charming western city.

The Operations Planning Coordinator will ensure daily and weekly schedules are maintained in order to meet or exceed fill rate and production goals. You will assist with ordering packaging materials for the facility. You will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and analyzing material usage. Primary Responsibilities:

• Review the planning reports daily and identify ordering requirements
• Promptly place orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies
• Verify accuracy of completed receiving documents and confirm correct quantities were received
• Continuously monitor/follow-up on in-transit shipments

Education: High School Diploma / GED

Experience (years/type): 1+ years of experience in materials accounting or production systems in a manufacturing, production, warehouse or military environment
