Reporting to Commercial Bank's Head of National Events, the Associate will work directly with Client Engagement and Events leadership team as well as other key partners to assist with the implementation of strategic event marketing plans and VIP client engagement. Assisting with executing high-touch events, senior leader market visits and executive client communications will be the focus of this role - all designed to drive meaningful client and prospect engagement. A successful candidate will be an extremely strong writer, detail oriented, self-motivated, metrics driven and possess a genuinely proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Events Support | 40%

  • Provides event management support to the business' most signature, marquee events
  • Partners with several different stakeholders across the firm to coordinate on cross line of business and CB national / international events
  • Stays current on industry trends and researches new content, speaker and vendor opportunities
  • Assists manger in building reports to track national event performance and helps to present these creatively
  • Provides on-site support for events as needed
  • Partners with Event Production for best-in-class execution
  • Provides support for CEO client market visits - virtually and in-person

    • Creates and owns briefing materials market visits

  • Manage and oversee speaker database and requests for Commercial Banking

Executive Client Engagement | 40%

  • Helps deliver an exceptional and personalized experience for our VIP clients and prospects by having a deep understanding of their backgrounds
  • Maintains CEO's personal VIP client contact list and helps track engagement activity in CRM system
  • Drafts creative and personalized executive correspondence for client communications
  • Develops best-in-class templates for broad client communication messages

Misc. | 20%

  • Inputs requests and business cases in Workfront
  • Liaises between CB lines of business to ensure consistent communication
  • Special projects, as assigned
