HR Intern, Diversity & Inclusion - Summer 2021

Dentsply Sirona's paid HR, Diversity & Inclusion Internship affords the selected candidate opportunities to gain hands-on experience that will directly impact the business. In this role you will have autonomy to provide input in the creation of D&I initiatives, research and analyze data, and cultivate relationships with key leadership across our global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the develop and implementation of D&I education and training initiatives
• Serve as support lead in development meetings, workshops, and focus groups
• Partner with analytics team to effectively report progress of D&I initiatives and trends to influence decision-making
• Research and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to encourage continues employee engagement aligned with D&I initiatives
• Aid in the development of policies and programs to attract, retain and promote a diverse workforce
• Suggest and implement creative communication methods to highlight diversity and inclusion efforts and interests.

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Pursuing Master's or PhD in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Leadership experience
• Demonstrated analytical expertise
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel
