LOCATION MAINTENANCE & REPAIR TECHNICIAN – Merced Mall - Part Time
Position has flexible hours- Great for retirees, mall walkers, or current mall employees!
Requires 1 visits a week (approximately 1.5 hours per visit)
Monthly Rate: $151.67 paid Bi-Weekly

BASIC FUNCTION
The Location Maintenance and Repair Technician is responsible for the massage chairs (4 +) at the mall to include: finances, equipment cleaning & maintenance, and client/customer relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Test all equipment, perform maintenance and repairs
Maintain clean equipment, replace components as needed
Perform monthly collections; accurate and timely
Submit reports; accurate and timely
Perform banking functions
Understand work rules and the expectations of the facility and Smarte Carte
Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager
Ensure a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed
Interact with facility management (mall management), to establish and maintain good rapport and excellent working relationships
Other assignments as needed
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent
Associates or Technical degree preferred
SKILLS
Ability to work unsupervised, self-motivated
Working knowledge of equipment
Electrical and mechanical equipment repair
Excellent verbal and written communication
Maintain accurate records
Compile reports
Proficient in computer and Smartphone use
Electro-mechanical proficiency
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lift 40 lbs. to waist height
Bend and stoop, walk and stand for long periods of time
Visual acuity/manual dexterity to perform mechanical and electrical repairs
