Forklift Operator/Assembler - Kansas - Night/Day Shift Available at Monoflo International, Inc. in Ottawa, Kansas

Job Description:

This night shift position qualifies for an additional differential pay of $1.00 per hour.

You will be responsible for supporting the daily operation of equipment and processes utilized to produce parts meeting quality specifications. To support the system stability, you will perform break operations for Assemblers and provide training for existing and new hire Assemblers.

What you’ll do

• Provide break and lunch relief to Assemblers, Lift Truck and Extrusion Operators


• Perform timely and accurate quality audits and other designated inspections


• Perform color changes, set-up and tear down auxiliary equipment and components, assist in the re-start/reset of auto cells


• Take ownership and identify conditions causing process variation and take appropriate action


• Learn new position responsibilities following the internal growth and cross training plan


• Successfully complete and maintain an OSHA forklift certification
