Summary

Today, Replacement Parts, Inc./ Crow Burlingame is made up of a corporate staff and several different companies that employ over 1,500 employees, in 12 states, working at approximately 200 locations, all operating in the aftermarket automotive parts, paint and heavy duty parts business. In 2019, our company celebrated 100 years as a privately held business with most of our employees spending the majority of their working lives as part of the "Bumper to Bumper" family.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 


  • Pulls daily orders for route delivery

  • Assists route drivers, including checking the accuracy of orders and helping load orders

  • Checks in all stock

  • Loads/Unloads freight (LTL-UPS/FedEx)

  • Keeps warehouse uncluttered and clean

  • Empties garbage daily

  • Keeps inventory orderly and ready for pulling

  • Palletizes merchandise as needed

  • Assists with delivery needs

  • Posts PWI product in the QL402 screen

  • Completes physical inventory as assigned

  • Completes returns to PWI Warehouse as needed

  • All other duties as assigned or required

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills.  CounterWorks knowledge is a plus.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
