Production Worker - Hiring Immediately! 1st & 2nd Shifts at Koch Foods in Pine Mountain Valley, Georgia

Job Description:

In 1985, Koch Foods started as a one-room chicken de-boning and cutting operation with 13 employees. We’ve grown to be one of the top poultry processors in the U.S., but the core of who we are remains unchanged: a team that is adept, reliable and service oriented.

Koch Foods provides entry level Manufacturing Workers an excellent opportunity for career advancement!  A Production Line Worker is primarily responsible for processing chicken on a production line, and learning the stages throughout the production process.

• Employee are paid weekly!


• Training is provided! 


• $1400 sign-on bonus incentive (must meet eligibility requirement)

1st Shift / 2nd Shift

• Typical hours on 1st Shift 8:00 am - 5:00 pm / 2nd Shift 5:00 pm - 2:30 am 


• Starting pay on 1st Shift $12.30 / 2nd Shift $13.55


• Pay after 60 days employment: 1st $13.05 / 2nd $14.30 


• Earn overtime working an occasional Saturday

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work in fast paced production area


• Repetitive motion  


• Maintain satisfactory attendance and job performance 


• Other relevant duties as required

Job Requirements:

• No prior experience necessary


• High School Diploma is NOT required


• Must be 18 years or older


• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Physical & Environmental Factors:

• Cold, damp, humid environment


• Temperatures range from 40 to 90 degrees


• Continuous standing and repetitive motion


• Exposure to noise levels greater than 85 decibels


• Exposure to strong odors, including ammonia
