Job Description:

Fred Beans is currently looking to hire an Deals Assistant within our Flemington Accounting Department!

This position will be full time, 40 hours per week. Flex scheduling is available. Accounting Office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30AM until 6:00PM.

Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following;

Stocking in and process the New Vehicle Inventory
Stocking in and process the Used Vehicle Inventory
Package Finance Contracts and send to the Financial Institutions.
Remit the Etch Payments biweekly, log on spreadsheet, maintain the Accounting Schedule.
Assist with the reconciliation of the physical inventories at EOM
Record the Courtesy Delivery Sales
File the Factory Invoices
Process the Monthly Holdback Statements, maintain the Accounting Schedules.
Back Up Dealer Trade Clerk as needed
