Michael Baker International is seeking a Microsoft Endpoint Administrator for our Moon Township, PA location, but will also consider Alexandria, VA or Santa Ana, CA locations.

DESCRIPTION

Manage and support the Windows 10 operating system endpoints, both physical and virtual. Possess a highly collaborative, ambitious, and self-motivated personality. Windows Automation and Management Scripting with languages such as PowerShell, Python, and VBScript. The ability to effectively design, configure, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot all aspects of Group Policy.

Should be comfortable completing tasks with minimal instruction and supervision. Collaborate with internal / external IT & business partners to document business requirements. Have a keen attention to detail, possessing strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Microsoft Endpoint Management including, but not limited to:

• System Center, specifically SCCM and SCOM
• Intune, Microsoft Managed Desktops & Cloud management gateway
• Application packaging & deployment
• OS patch management
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• Autopilot and Windows 10, including OS image building and maintenance
• Windows Automation and Management Scripting with languages such as PowerShell, Python, and VBScript
• Experience with the O365 stack
• Virtualization (Hyper-V & VMWare)
• Advanced client support and troubleshooting
• The ability to effectively design, configure, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot all aspects of Group Policy
• Experience with Microsoft Bitlocker and TPM technology
• PKI experience

• You'll need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; and a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience; or a combination of equivalent work experience and/or education. MCSE certification can be used as a substitute for years of experience.
• Pro-active, strategic approach to problem solving.

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, business and functional representatives, and vendors / consulting partners.
• Ability to identify project impacting issues and work with control owners and various IT solution teams to develop and implement solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills and a demonstrated ability to approach technical and business solutions in a consultative manner.
