As a Business Banking Admin Assistant, you will work with Business Bank Officer (BBO) to gather needed documentation to maintain compliance with the loan agreement, and maintain electronic credit file for all new and existing clients, as directed by bank policy. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including assist the BBO with all aspects of loan closing and renewals, including but not limited to appraisals, gathering current insurance certificates, obtaining title insurance, collecting all needed financials, and the management of the loan process to ensure requests get processed in a timely manner, this will include input and administration of the Capital Stream process. As the Business Banking Admin Assistant you will work with clients to maintain satisfactory relationship, including: processing loan payments, collecting updated financials, and helping with general banking questions regarding the clients' accounts.

Additionally, Business Banking Admin Assistants are expected to assist the BBO in maintaining up to date Pipeline Report through current Client Relationship Management System (currently Sales Management) including, entering new opportunities, sales calls and updated current status of requests. You will monitor the portfolio for maturing loans and past due payments, and assist BBO with collecting and posting, build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.

Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications.

*High school Diploma or equivalent education and work experience

*Minimum of 1 year of relevant job experience or 3 years general banking experience.

Desired Qualifications: To be considered an ideal candidate, you should possess some of the following qualifications:

*High school diploma or equivalent education and work experience

*Minimum of 3 years of relevant job experience

*Prior banking experience

*Basic knowledge of loan documents and state and county lien filing

Skills and Abilities: Below is a general list of desired skills and abilities; this is not an exhaustive list.

*Strong knowledge of Microsoft including Word, Excel and Outlook.

*Able to multi-task and have excellent attention to detail

*Must be able to work independently as well in a team setting

*Initiative to lead projects and review procedures

*Adapt quickly to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:

*Office setting with traditional hours.

*Sitting for extended periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours).

*Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours).

*Must be able to push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands, for either extended periods of time or many times throughout the workday.

*Must be able to work overtime to the extent necessary.
