Overview:

Our team is growing and we are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support volume hiring for a number of client groups across the organization. The successful candidate will partner with leaders and hiring managers to provide consultation and recruiting strategies to ensure a timely and effective hiring process that exceeds client expectations and elevates the candidate experience. In addition to strong account management, effective interviewing and closing skills, this Senior Recruiter will also bring diversity sourcing experience and demonstrated sourcing strategies which will contribute to enterprise-wide diversity initiatives. The successful candidate must be able to manage ambiguity, have good decision quality and pivot when needed.

This position offers remote opportunity to work from the following states: GA, FL & TX.

Requirements

Required Education/Experience: - B. A. or B.S. degree in Nursing, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience. - Minimum five (5) years recruitment experience with at least two (2) years full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume work environment.
