Responsible for the preparation of all security forms.
Complete corporate reports for security clearance data/reporting to management.
Prepares for security assessments, including Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) visits, security audits and self-inspections.
Support government and company audits and inspections.
Purchase material and supplies.
Assist with shipping and receiving including pickup, handling, and proper storage of mail, documents, and material.
About the qualifications
United States citizen with a current U.S. SECRET security clearance.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience providing professional administrative/security support in U.S. Government or corporate office environment.
Expertise in administering or supporting a classified program.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
If not already held, must completeFSOcertification within the first year of employment.
Additional Qualifications
United States citizen with U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Previous DoD or related civilian experience as a Security Support Specialist / Assistant FSO or Information System Security Assistant
