Loan Servicing Interns

Our Loan Servicing Intern positions (2) will be a hybrid position. It will involve working in person in Columbia, Maryland and remotely.

About The Job

Our Loan Servicing Interns will
represent the company in a friendly, professional and courteous manner at all
times. If
you are the chosen candidate, your primary work will support the Loan Servicing Department with their DMI Project and Rate Reviews. You will learn Project Management skills by working with a dedicated
project manager.

Areas Of Focus:

• Loan transfer -to include retrieving and documentation, reconciling data and dollars, provide concise written summary of that reconciliation.


• Rate Review - read commercial loan documentation and compare that to core loan system (FIS) and identify errors specifically regarding the rate structure.Applicant
  may be required to interpret these documents and compare information to core
  loan system.


• Willingness to learn
  andadapt within a fast paced remote work environment


• Provide excellent
  customer service and responsiveness to both internal and external
  customers


• Perform other
  miscellaneous duties assigned.

Required Skills:

• Position prefersworking towards a two to four years degree
  of college in eitherfinance, business, accounting or a related field.


• Position
  includes exposure to information of a highly confidential nature requiring tact
  and discretion.


• Strong problem solving skills,


• Proficient in Microsoft
  Office Suite.


• Strong reading and math
  skillsare
  preferred to support work in the Escrow and Insurance team.
