POSITION SUMMARY:
This position has key responsibility to partner with physicians to improve, adapt and grow. The Vice President is a leader, mentor and trainer in the organization, with overall center accountability as well as responsibility to develop less senior Operations Leads. The Vice President drives overall results of partnership activities for a designated number of ASCs; mentors, trains, and teaches less senior operations leads (RVP) on AMSURG expectations and best practices to drive overall growth. Typically $25M + in revenue.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Education/Experience:
MBA or equivalent work experience with a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in a senior management role within the healthcare services industry required. Knowledge of Ambulatory Surgery Center operations required.
