The individual in this role will be responsible for local market tactics for their respective state markets, within defined budget guidelines. They will be responsible for development of relationships within their markets, with focus on communities and Rise employees who support those communities. Goals will be based primarily upon new residential customer acquisition and existing residential customer retention.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Resale partnership relationship development and support Local events; negotiation, local support and staffing
Competitive intelligence
Door to door tactics including hangers/yard signage, sales
Local messaging recommendations to support corporate initiatives
Call center relationship support, including local education and information to improve sell in for their respective markets
Work requires weekend and/or evening work and some travel may be required
Job Requirements
5 years of marketing experience required
Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation to drive for business purposes
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; solid understanding of Microsoft Excel features and formulas
Experience developing and managing reseller/dealer partnership relationships
Marketing experience within rural and small town markets preferred
Events development and management experience required
Analytic skills to support development of local market opportunities including highly targeted sales and marketing tactics, events assessment and input for potential greenfield and acquisition
Strong positive, and creative verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Working Environment
