Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity for a 1st Shift AssemblerTechnician to join us at our diverse team in Easley. The Assembler will Assemble and bubble test valves according to blue print and engineering specifications.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Load and unload valves into assembly fixtures.Transport valves to work stations.


• Retrieve information from computer on assembly instructions.Operate a label stamping machine.


• Use assembly drawings to build required parts according to orders.


• Maintain minimum production levels.Maintain a clean and safe work area.


• Notify supervisor of shortages of assembly supplies.


• Comprehend and execute instructions from engineering blueprints, routings, work instructions, and Engineering Test Orders.


• Install and remove bubble test fittings.


• Load and unload testing devices.

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• High School education or GED equivalency


• Must have basic math skills


• Must be able to work standing for extended periods


• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively


• Must have good motor skills


• Must be able to read and write legibly


• Must be able to work while wearing safety equipment
