The Recruiter will be responsible for delivering all facets of the recruitment lifecycle throughout the organization and CDPHP subsidiaries. This should be achieved through working closely with management to develop recruiting goals and strategies to hire and retain top talent. The Recruiter is responsible to source, screen, interview, and on board candidates for entry-level and professional-level positions throughout the organization. The Recruiter will maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant-Tracking-System (ATS), including screening and interviewing prospective candidates, and leading the efforts in community and college recruitment. This position will partner with the Director of Human Resources (HR) and HR Business Partners on temporary and permanent placement agency agreements; negotiate terms based on volume to ensure the best interest of the company. The Recruiter will support the HR team in the areas of overall talent, succession and workforce planning, employee relations and employee advocacy, as needed. This individual will need to stay current on Employment and Labor Laws, EEO, OFCCP and Affirmative Action requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree required. Four (4) years relevant experience may be substituted for degree.

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in recruitment required; strong experience with soliciting and interviewing prospective candidates required.

  • Experience working in a high activity/fast paced environment; hiring 200+ employees per year.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.

  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment and creative sourcing methods required.

  • Experience developing recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools and resources, including Applicant-Tracking-System/software, resume databases, job boards, internet and social media sourcing sites (i.e. LinkedIn) required.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and interviewing laws (federal & state) and practices required.

  • Experienced in preparing and extending offers of employment; including negotiating wages, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates required.

  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to pro-actively identify problems, as well as recommend and/or implement effective solutions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

  • Strong Presentation skills required.

  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential information required.

  • Proven ability to manage and re-prioritize multiple projects while communicating effectively with internal staff, clients and employment candidates required.

  • Some travel may be required.
