Job Description:

As Client Service Supervisor, you will lead the Client Service Group to achieve overall client satisfaction and serve as a point of escalation for complex issues. Areas of focus may include Fund Accounting, Custody, ETF and Alternative disciplines and the applicable product offering for assigned client relationships. As a supervisor, you will assume formal management responsibilities for entry level staff and function as a vital conduit between your team and your clients, ensuring their differentiated needs are met. The high level of external and internal interaction will enable you to continuously challenge yourself, sharpen your critical thinking skills and play a critical role in the growth of the firm.

Qualifications:

-Strong client service and relationship management skills

-BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience

-3 to 5 years of Custody or Fund Accounting preferred

-Management or supervisor experience preferred
