Job Description:

Bio-Rad is looking for a Staff Administrator. The Staff Admin Associate is responsible for the seamless administrative support and coordination for Field sales, sales management, and business operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to sales management.


• Performs administrative duties for manager and US based field sales departments.


• Uses tact and discretion in handling highly confidential and sensitive information.


• Initiates, compiles, analyzes and prepares special reports.


• Responds to and routes incoming calls to appropriate areas.


• Resolves complex inquiries.


• Completes projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent.


• 3+ years administrative capacity or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Excellent communication and analytical skills, diplomacy and tact.


• Strong reading, writing, planning, organizational, interpersonal, customer service, and overall communication skills.


• Must have the ability to multitask several projects at once.


• Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily work schedule.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality, diplomacy and tact while dealing with work issues.
