The primary responsibility of this position is to provide sales to customers by phone and in person. Additional responsibilities include:

• Assist Outside Sales Representatives in completing rental orders


• Coordinate equipment rental orders from initial call from customer, to delivery to jobsite, to return from rental, and finally rental billing


• Dispatch haul trucks and utilize all tools available to complete each order

This position requires a bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related technical field. Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements. Qualified candidates will possess:

• Excellent communication skills


• Outstanding computer skills including experience working with all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)


• Analytical and problem-solving skills


• Previous customer service experience


• Knowledge of CAT equipment is helpful


• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
