Summary of Major Responsibilities

The Integrations Program Administration Manager will drive continuity across multiple integrations as Exact Sciences continues to add products, technologies, and businesses to its infrastructure. This position will provide tactical, project, and program management support for the execution of integration strategies during the closing and integration phases of mergers, acquisitions, commercial partnerships, and technology-based deals. A successful candidate will have a high level of organization, attention to detail, and be able to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization to manage the complexity of integration-based activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Manage multiple on-going integration activities and provide integration leadership feedback, queues, and tactical recommendations on integration strategy and execution.
  • Create and maintain detailed program metrics around initiative goals and communicate progress to key stakeholders.

  • Manage cross-functional relationship dependencies, identify risks, and control/monitor timelines such that integrations can be effectively executed.

  • Support stakeholders across the organization to define strategy and requirements in order to define and execute a collection of projects across the business.

  • Support interdepartmental relationships to meet the needs of challenges that will arise to drive progress on integrations.

  • Implement a structure and project process that emphasizes teamwork, performance, and a consistent sense of urgency at all levels.

  • Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects; including coordination of cross-project activities.

  • Partner with stakeholders and integration leadership and staff to organize and prioritize work.

  • Drive positive change management via planning, communications, and relationship management.

  • Support curation of company's Mergers and Acquisitions playbook and associated tools and best practices.

  • Monitor and evaluate project management tools, methodologies, and best practices and make suggestions for improvement.

  • Ability to be highly collaborative with leaders.

  • Apply high energy, and teamwork related skills with exceptional communication and team building ability.

  • Ability to work within a matrix management organization.

  • Ability to manage decisions through fact-based/data-driven metrics.

  • Regular and reliable attendance.

  • Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.

  • Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.

  • Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously.

  • Ability to travel 10% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.

  • Ability and means to travel between company locations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of relevant business experience building skills to support deadline driven work, tracking milestones and timelines, managing budgets, delegating and directing work, and communicating to cross-functional stakeholders.

  • 3+ years of experience using technology and tools to plan, track, or measure work progress.

  • Demonstrated success with oral and written communications/presentations, influence and persuasion, results orientation, facilitation, and teamwork skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work using a high level of organization, and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.

  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Master's Degree.

  • PMI certification.

  • 3+ years project management experience with increasing responsibility of scope and leadership.

  • Experience managing integration projects or workstreams.
