This role will provide day to day assistance to the Talent Acquisition function and the department's program coordination and administration. Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for scheduling interviews for Talent Acquisition Consultants and hiring managers.
Responsible for administration of Talent Acquisition Programs (i.e., Associate Referral Program, Candidate experience, college co-op programs, Internship Programs, , etc.) processing new hires through HR system (ordering/monitoring background checks/Fingerprints, creating offers letters, etc.) creating/sending communications per/post events and registration, survey creation/execution, tracking/reporting, coordinating lunch & learns, etc.
Assist with HR Hub management/correspondence.
Coordinates travel for applicants to various Ascensus locations working with Corporate Travel.
Candidate pipeline requisition activities as assigned.
Preparation of departmental vendor (Skillsurvey, Aurico, Pradco) reports utilizing Excel and system reporting tools.
Onboarding new associates in mergers/acquisitions (ordering background checks, etc.)
Registers for college fairs, etc.
Maintains inventory of recruiting job fair materials and giveaways.
Assists with other areas of human resources (i.e., back-up from desk, etc.) as needed as well as participate special projects.
Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned
Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.

Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of two years of experience in a Recruitment or Human Resources Department preferred.
Proficiency MS Office. Strong skills needed in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; communicate effectively (clearly, concisely and professionally) with internal and external customers
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to multitask.
Experience with applicant tracking system is a significant asset.
Ability to type minimum 40 words/per/minute
