Help all customers in their portfolio realize quantifiable value that translates into contract renewal, growth and becoming a reference Identify potential risk of churn and develop strategies to mitigate early Act as the account owner, leading the Account Team (sales, renewals) and all available resources in Flexera to achieve the objectives Identify expansion opportunities (upsell and cross-sell) for Sales to develop into closed business Act as the main point of contact and escalations for the customers in their portfolio Maximize adoption and deployment of Flexera's products Identify stakeholders at the account and establish new and stronger relationships across multiple departments Keep the customer informed of relevant news from Flexera (product releases, capabilities, vision, M&A, best practices) Consistently request customers to become references for other prospects through any of the available channels (reviews, phone calls, analysts, interviews) Act as the conduit between Flexera's needs for information and research, and the customers that can provide such.
