TITLE

Senior Analyst, Service Financials

LOCATION

Orrville, OH

REPORTS TO

Senior Manager, Logistics Planning and Decision Support

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Design, create and analyze business intelligence regarding E&S performance with a financial lens and provide insight/recommendations to aid in decision making

-Work closely with all cross functional E&S teams and the SBA finance teams to develop proper analysis and suggestions regarding service operations budget trends, forecasts and strategies

-Focus on integration of enabling technology, common systems, practices, and strategies within the service delivery model to reduce cost, and improve customer satisfaction

-Develop and maintain intelligence dashboards relating to all aspects of the E&S budget. Track operational metrics, maintaining a pulse on the business

-Prepare, provide, and present E&S financials for the monthly E&S Business Review

-Work with cross functional teams within the SBA related to strategies and initiatives

-Develops, reviews, and edits requirements, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed solutions

-Calculate, Forecast and Analyze and annual and long range capital outlook ($15M - $20M) and depreciation

-Support and contribute to annual and long range budget planning

SELECTION CRITERIA

Education

Bachelor's Degree required

Experience

• 5+years of academic or professional experience using MS Office tools, financial modeling tools, and other reporting methodologies required.


• 4+years of experience with SQL required


• 2-3 years Business Analyst experience creating, developing and analyzing reporting to drive process improvements, increase customer service levels and reduce costs required.


• Experience in Operations Finance reporting required


• Effective interpersonal communication and team-building skills required.


• Ability to communicate with all levels of management required.


• Familiarity with report writing and visualization tools required


• Ability to interpret and translate end user requirements to produce usable reports, analyses and dashboards required.
