What You'll Do:
User Research
Roadmaps/user journeys
Product vision from a user's perspective
Best practice UX solutions
Conduct Design Thinking Workshops and gather essential data through customer outreach and solid user research
Take design risks that balance usability and innovation.
Develop strong relationships with product teams and act as a trusted design advisor.
Push the boundaries in interaction design, offering new ideas and solutions for products and patterns
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
6+ years of experience in design.
Master's Degree or global equivalentin Human Computer Interaction, Information Design, Industrial Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or related HCI discipline is preferred.
Experience in at least one of the UX disciplines interaction design, information architecture, and/or prototyping
Ability to juggle - metaphorically and perhaps physically.
Experience in empowering awesome in challenging environments.
Insatiable curiosity and an obsession with enterprise software design.
Excellent communication skills including experience speaking to technical (engineering, architects) and business (product managers) audiences
