Job Description

In preparation for contract task order bid and potential win, Torch Technologies, a 100% employee owned company, is looking to identify capable candidates. Candidates with incumbent experience are urged to apply.

The successful candidate should possess subject matter expertise in tactical network operations and training and can work independently. They will support operations and all phases of network development including planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presenting. The candidate will develop and design training requirements, approaches (classroom, workshops, hardware, software, simulations, computer based, etc), scenarios, tools, and curriculums (catalogs and course material). The candidate must be able to train unit personnel on relevant network systems. Direct experience with the Joint Air Defense Operations Center (JADOC) or Joint Air Defense Operations-Mobile (JADOC-M) is highly desired.

The position requires proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. In addition the ideal candidate will have strong knowledge with the following Air Defense systems and programs: JADOC, FAAD EO, NASAMS FDC, and SHORAD to include Avenger

Job Requirements

A minimum of 3 years related experience is required along with experience in military operations. A bachelor's degree is required.
