Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Use the DevSecOps pipeline to manage application, infrastructure and security changes. Automate and integrate processes with tooling such as Ansible, Terraform, Git, Jira, and Jenkins. Embrace an infrastructure and configuration as code mindset.


• Install, configure and operate Manhattan Associates applications.


• Operate and enhance third-party cloud-based applications for application security, endpoint protection, identity management, firewalls, event management and network security.


• Design, develop and implement cloud infrastructure and services to meet operational requirements.


• Use automated security tooling to prevent, detect and respond to security vulnerabilities in web applications, cloud infrastructure, third-party software and underlying operating systems.


• Administer cloud-based Linux and Windows servers.


• Perform production system monitoring and response.


• Collaborate with our team and vendors on technical improvements and fixes.


• Create and maintain technical references for team members including articles, diagrams, spreadsheets, and checklists.


• Gain the knowledge, skills and experience needed to move into senior cloud operations or information security roles.
