Area Sales Manager, HDPE Piping Systems





Atlanta, GA



Your tasks



A major multinational manufacturer of thermoplastic piping systems and instrumentation, serving the microelectronics, water treatment, chemical processing, data center, municipal, food and beverage and life sciences/institutional market segments, is seeking a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to grow our HDPE municipal/industrial pipe, fitting, and valve business in the states of Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi and Puerto Rico. You will be responsible for promoting Georg Fischer Piping Systems by developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, distributors, and engineering firms. Responsibilities also include creating and/or changing specifications with Engineers, OEMs, Mechanical Contractors, and End Users to achieve sales success.

The ideal candidate will reside in Atlanta, GA or within a major metropolitan city in the Southeast.



Your profile




  • A college degree OR 5+ years' equivalent experience with municipal/industrial piping systems in a sales environment

  • Prefer sales experience with municipal, industrial and plumbing distributor channels

  • General computer skills including CRM, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

  • The assignment calls for domestic travel
