Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position coordinates all aspects of Donor Services analytics including data management, performance reporting, and workforce management. Serves as a point person for Donor Services data requests; obtains and analyzes data trends, forecasts volumes, and helps leaders understand trends and performance outcomes. This position also assists the Donor Services Senior Analyst & Project Specialist by coordinating the Donor Services project ideation process and may occasionally assist in managing small projects. This position can be located in Minneapolis, MN or home-based anywhere in the U.S.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Data Management:

• Gathers data and creates reports for department, team, and individual performance.
• Works with Donor Services business units to identify data needs and data sources for integration in Looker
• Maintain Donor Services data dashboards in Looker.
• Facilitates data presentation for leaders and team meetings as needed.
• Understand data sources, viability, discrepancies, and prepare ad hoc reports.
• Develops strong working relationships within Donor Services to ensure data integrity and needs are met.
• Develop and maintain geographic analyses to meet Donor Services needs.

Project Coordination:

• Accountable for managing assigned projects within Donor Services.
• Prioritize and gather information for ad hoc queries.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge of:

• Statistics, mathematics, and data reporting.

Ability to:

• Work in fast paced environment.
• Manage multiple projects at once.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care, mathematics, analytics, or a related field is preferred. However, upon evaluation, equivalent related experience and/or education may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• One year experience in business analysis, including forecasting and creating reports. One year in a workforce management or a call center environment highly preferred. Three years of experience in data analytics and project coordination of medium-sized projects. Upon evaluation, advanced education and/or certifications related to the position may be considered as a substitution for a portion of the minimum experience required.
