This position coordinates all aspects of Donor Services analytics including data management, performance reporting, and workforce management. Serves as a point person for Donor Services data requests; obtains and analyzes data trends, forecasts volumes, and helps leaders understand trends and performance outcomes. This position also assists the Donor Services Senior Analyst & Project Specialist by coordinating the Donor Services project ideation process and may occasionally assist in managing small projects. This position can be located in Minneapolis, MN or home-based anywhere in the U.S.
Gathers data and creates reports for department, team, and individual performance.
Works with Donor Services business units to identify data needs and data sources for integration in Looker
Maintain Donor Services data dashboards in Looker.
Facilitates data presentation for leaders and team meetings as needed.
Understand data sources, viability, discrepancies, and prepare ad hoc reports.
Develops strong working relationships within Donor Services to ensure data integrity and needs are met.
Develop and maintain geographic analyses to meet Donor Services needs.
Accountable for managing assigned projects within Donor Services.
Prioritize and gather information for ad hoc queries.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Health Care, mathematics, analytics, or a related field is preferred. However, upon evaluation, equivalent related experience and/or education may be substituted for the degree requirement.
One year experience in business analysis, including forecasting and creating reports. One year in a workforce management or a call center environment highly preferred. Three years of experience in data analytics and project coordination of medium-sized projects. Upon evaluation, advanced education and/or certifications related to the position may be considered as a substitution for a portion of the minimum experience required.
