Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned, resourceful and inspired Content Strategist to join our Wealth Management Accelerator team. The ideal candidate will bring a customer-obsessed mindset to driving change, innovation, and development through the organization. They will have led content strategy efforts, have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and will have demonstrated successes across the full product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities


  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centered content strategy for digital products that meets customers goals and business objectives; collaborate and execute from discovery through delivery
  • Lead a team of content strategists and UX writers
  • Ensure quality and drive consistency across products and channels
  • Work with leadership and project managers to estimate and report resource allocation and set priorities
  • Present concepts and work to peers and leadership

Qualifications


  • 7-10 years of experience in digital content strategy, information architecture, and user experience
  • Demonstrated track record of strong results on multiple initiatives.
  • Experience delivering digital content that adheres to documented standards
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-disciplinary and geographically dispersed environment.
