Job Description
The CTO Office is looking for Executive Director to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of enterprise technology Configuration Management database. This position is responsible for the demand, development, and delivery of CMDB in the ServiceNow platform. Additionally, the Platform Owner will focus on relationship and stakeholder management, technical and process risk management, proactive issues resolution processes, and driving tools and process innovation . This role will report to the Enterprise Technology Services and Data Management (ETSDM) Architecture and Engineering Director and provides a unique opportunity to work closely with leaders of functional areas, technical stakeholders from across the organization, and other key firm executives.
Drive the ServiceNow Platform and Experience vision for CMDB
Partner with Line of Business stakeholders to understand and prioritize demand, provide program updates, and drive adoption.
Manage architecture and engineering team.
Drive and maintain a stack ranked product backlog
Act as a seasoned technical resource with broad knowledge and understanding of Configuration Management and Technology.
Partner with Product teams to define, align, and prioritize cross impacts.
Lead by example, provide staff with timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; develop employees to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth; recognize and reward employees for accomplishments.
Innovation - Monitor market and industry trends, and evaluate new solutions, methods, and technologies for supporting modernization.
Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
Drive SAFe practices. Drive blocker resolution.
Who We Want
• Five years of experience shipping Configuration Management solutions
Extensive experience in professional software engineering practices and SDLC best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, advanced testing (chaos eng) and operations
• Demonstrated ability to design, deliver scalable and sustainable Product solutions at scale, globally distributed
Ability to measure and communicate the value of products
• A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies
• Ability to iterate on user stories and solutions efficiently and intelligently
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A willingness to help and share knowledge with other team members.
