DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Design, develop, code, test and debug various software components for JPMorgan Chase. Develop components based on Java/J2EE development architecture with JMX components for monitoring and Unix Shell scripting. Create and utilize cloud based services and SOAP/REST webservices within application. Develop MQ (Messaging Queue) components and ETL (Extract Transform Load) software based solutions for handling large volumes of data, which provide enabling loading as well as provisioning data to other systems. Work with technical design team for designing solutions based on Spring Boot using BPM (Business Process Modeling) tools to perform analytical operations on data and create decision engines based on business rules. Work with business team for UI development in Javascript UI Framework, which would encompass allied technologies, including HTML, CSS, and XML.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), or related field.

Minimum experience required: 5 years of application development experience, or related experience.

Skills required:Demonstrated knowledge of Java/J2EE. Demonstrated knowledge of BPM (Business Process Modeling)/Drools. Demonstrated knowledge of database development with SQL, Relational Database, and ORM. Demonstrated knowledge of Spring Boot and JMX. Demonstrated knowledge of MQ Messaging. Demonstrated knowledge of Javascript, HTML, XML, XSLT, and CSS. Demonstrated knowledge of ETL. Demonstrated knowledge of NoSQL. Demonstrated knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting. Cloud development and deployment experience. Query tuning experience.
