Job Description:

Key responsibilities for this role are

• Prepare capacity models to predict staffing needs in close collaboration with business management
• Prepare analysis focused on pipeline, productivity, and key business drivers for each function
• Conduct review meetings with the business and other Finance partners to ensure alignment and accuracy on headcount forecasts
• Works with the business to prepare process time studies that are incorporated into capacity modeling
• Prepare ad hoc analysis
• Facilitate meetings with the business to garner insight on process changes, productivity updates, and strategic initiatives
• Engage with senior level management to drive business decisions
