Prepare capacity models to predict staffing needs in close collaboration with business management
Prepare analysis focused on pipeline, productivity, and key business drivers for each function
Conduct review meetings with the business and other Finance partners to ensure alignment and accuracy on headcount forecasts
Works with the business to prepare process time studies that are incorporated into capacity modeling
Prepare ad hoc analysis
Facilitate meetings with the business to garner insight on process changes, productivity updates, and strategic initiatives
Engage with senior level management to drive business decisions
