Job Description:

Commercial Term Lending (CTL) is seeking a talented individual for our Project Management Analyst opportunity. This key position will support the Multifamily West Area Sales Executive and their Regional Sales Managers.

CTL provides commercial real estate owners and investors with term financing solutions for purchase or refinance of stabilized multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and mixed use properties. With over 1,000 employees nationwide, CTL delivers fast, efficient and streamlined loan transactions to our clients, helping them build their commercial real estate portfolio for long term success. Key Responsibilities:

• Participates in execution of the business strategy by implementing project management and office support functions to meet business goals
• Gathers, researches and prepares data for business analysis, reporting, trend analysis or forecasting decisions and monitors key metrics
• Develops decisions based on analysis gathered and presents to various stakeholders
• Assists with internal and external meeting and event coordination
• Supports senior leaders as the point of contact for new hire on boarding, location related initiatives and various administrative activities including expense reprots and travel arrangements

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline preferred
• 2-4 years of proven analysis and administrative work experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport
• Ability and desire to manage or initiate special projects
• Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written communication and verbal communication
• Strong sense of urgency, self-starter and can work independently
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, prioritize, multi-task and produce successful results
• Tact and good judgment in confidential situations
• Flexibility with regard to work schedule and task prioritization
• Fast learner, able to adapt quickly and work within a team setting
