Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, communication, and storytelling skills, which will enable the development of robust educational documentation and multimedia. The candidate should also have a client-service mindset and well-developed interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Appreciation and passion for technology and a keen graphic design eye
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of proficiency with MS Office products, particularly PowerPoint and Word
• Experience with video production tools, such as Camtasia
• Experience with Photoshop and other Adobe products
