The Managed Accounts Trade and Systems Support team is a comprehensive team, structured to support multiple business lines across Wealth Management. The primary responsibilities include: oversight of data for trading teams / systems, end to end trade flow support, service request management, as well as IBOR position and cash reconciliation (Investment Book of Record). This function is critical to the day to day success of the Managed Platform for Wealth Management.
Personnel that succeed in this role are skilled in trade lifecycle management / securities industry, have excellent communication skills, maintain a team/culture carrier mentality, and have the ability to identify and escalate risk events to senior members of the team when necessary. Individuals must have a deadline oriented mindset.
This role is focused on delivering a high-quality service to our clients and ensuring the smooth execution of all daily tasks within strict deadlines. The individual will be expected to contribute to the overall success of the group in proportion to his/her experience, and will be evaluated relative to their peer group
