The Sales and Relationship Management Product Team establishes opportunities for consistent tech, data, and business processes to achieve maximum ROI for the Bank while maintaining a strong controls agenda. Our mission is to build subject matter expertise and develop core sales enablement capabilities across all instances in order to provide greater connectivity between users and clients. We work to develop solutions with a unified and scalable approach to allow for greater efficiencies and cost savings across the firm.
A typical day might include:
Partnering with Decision Sciences, Technology and LOB leadership to determine our target state architecture and roadmap for delivering near real-time data for BI/Modeling on Salesforce
Building a common data structure, working with LOB Decision Science leaders to understand their measurement frameworks and developing a common understanding of metrics leading to a coordinated, scalable data strategy
Examining cloud solutions to determine when and where to migrate from current on-prem solutions for leads, ops to a cloud-based solution that will pair well with Salesforce and Decision Sciences platforms
Prioritizing build out of solutions so that they line up with business priorities and tool deployment schedules

Experience managing a product roadmap and backlog and know how to work closely and effectively with technology partners
